01 · Overview

What the project is

A completed client coursework project for a real hijab and gamis store in Bekasi, designed to give customers a clearer online catalog while supporting product, order, and sales administration behind the scenes.

02 · Approach

How I approached it

I connected a simple customer catalog with an admin flow shaped around the store’s actual recording habits. One recurring concern was that QRIS payments could happen outside the existing notes and then be missed in sales records, so payment method and transaction status needed to stay visible alongside each order.

03 · Implementation

From interface to system

The customer experience covers store introduction, category and price filtering, product details, stock visibility, and WhatsApp ordering. The admin design brings product and stock management, order entry, payment summaries, and sales reporting into a consistent dashboard flow.

05 · Outcome

What changed

The completed semester-six project presents an end-to-end catalog and administration concept for the client, connecting product discovery with more structured order and payment recording without expanding into a full e-commerce checkout system.

06 · Learning

What I learned

By semester six, the challenge was less about learning the design tools and more about translating an informal business process into clear screens and data states. It reflects a more confident approach to customer and admin flows than my earlier coursework.
